Moritz Kreppel is co-founder and CEO of Urban Sports Club, Germany’s largest, most diverse and flexible sports offering. Moritz is passionate about innovative ideas, business models and gadgets - not only - but in particular those involving sports. Whilst working as a business consultant, together with his co-founder Benjamin Roth, Moritz developed the concept of a platform for sports flatrates that would disrupt outdated membership models for sports and fitness. With a single membership, Urban Sports Club's members can choose freely from more than 50 types of sports including fitness, yoga, swimming, climbing, team sports, wellness and many others. With the acquisition of several competitors, Urban Sports Club is now the German market leader with more than 3.500 sports venues in 37 cities in Germany as well as in Italy, France & Portugal.
Thomas H. Rudy is the Co-Founder of WhiteRock, a global advisory firm working on M&A transactions and capital raises in the sports & entertainment sectors. He plays a key role across both sports team and sports-related business deals. With a background in sports investment banking and principal investing, Rudy’s broad knowledge base delivers a great deal of value to clients.
Also the Founder of investment fund Capital R Investments, he has appeared as a financial expert on Deutsches Anleger Fernsehen (DAF), N-TV, N24, Der Aktionär TV, and Inside Wirtschaft in Germany, in addition to appearances on U.S., Chinese, and Korean television programs at the New York Stock Exchange and NASDAQ.
Furthermore, Rudy is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of New York-based venture capital fund Elevate Innovation Partners that focuses on early stage investments in fintech and enterprise software companies.
Rudy graduated from Columbia University in New York City in 2006 with a BA in Economics.

As former Head of Marketing at Red Bull in Europe, he played a key role in driving innovation and cutting-edge projects. Tim is Managing Director at leAD, a global powerhouse for sports tech entrepreneurship and investments.
After a brief trip into the agency world, Nathalie soon immersed herself in the founders’ scene to live her passion for fast-paced environments and strategy in unfamiliar terrain by working for startups both in the U.S. and Germany. As Head of Program at leAD Sports Accelerator, she gets to combine her personal interest in sports with this diverse experience and leverage it – to help promising early sports startups to grow and succeed.
